Weekend PRN Physical Therapist - Rehab & Geriatrics
Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing
The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to fill PRN weekend shifts at our facility in Lebanon, TN. The PT will assess referred patients, design and administer treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families while supervising PT Assistants. Must be licensed, graduate from an accredited PT program, and collaborate with the care team; long-term care/geriatric experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing
