Machine Operator-1st Shift

Description A Machine Operator at D&H Industries utilizes robots or other assist devices to produce parts and uses measurement tools to perform quality checks. This is a 1st Shift position. Monday through Friday Subject to change based on business need. Typically, the work schedule is between 8-to 10-hour shifts throughout the year. Any Saturday work (6 hour shift) is based on business need and is voluntary. We will pay for experience and/or willing to train those new to manufacturing. The What Use work instructions to produce parts. Inspect parts to ensure customer specifications are met. Perform basic measurements using quality measurement equipment and documenting results. Utilize the robot interface to set-up, adjust, and operate the robot system. May be assigned to work in other areas of the production floor as needed to meet production deadlines.

Requirements Skills Basic reading, writing and math skills. Ability to read measurements in metric and traditional scale. Problem solving skills and attention to detail. Education HS Diploma or Equivalent Experience and/or Training At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred. Physical Demands Ability to stand for up to 10 hour per shift.
