We are seeking passionate Freelance Beauty Brand Educators to represent a well-known cosmetics brand inside beauty retail locations. This team supports beauty brands in creating engaging in-store experiences, educating consumers, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and brand representation.Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hrPosition Overview:
The Freelance Beauty Brand Educator will serve as the face of the brand within beauty stores across the market. This long-term temporary role is ideal for beauty professionals who excel at product education, in-store customer engagement, visual merchandising, and relationship building with store teams.Responsibilities of the Freelance Beauty Brand Educator:
- Educate beauty associates and customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and strong brand representation.
- Maintain clean, visually appealing, and compliant brand displays.
- Execute planograms, assist with restocking, and support light operational tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Beauty Store Managers and staff.
- Travel to multiple beauty store locations within the assigned territory.
Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Beauty Brand Educator:
- Previous experience within beauty or another retail environment.
- Strong working knowledge of beauty products, trends, and makeup application.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel between store locations.
- Availability to work approximately 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Freelance Beauty Brand Educator:
- Personal set of professional makeup brushes.
- Experience conducting beauty demonstrations or trainings.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
