Lima Convalescent Home Foundation is seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee essential office and financial operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of technology, accounting practices, and the unique needs of long-term care environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business office functions and support efficient administrative operations.
- Assist with financial processes, recordkeeping, reporting, and basic accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential business records.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other technology systems to track information, prepare reports, and support financial operations.
- Identify issues, evaluate solutions, and address office needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, employees, vendors, and other business partners.
- Support business office practices for skilled nursing and assisted living services.
