Senior Director & Head of Enterprise Technology Communications

Role
Senior leader responsible for defining and executing Takeda's enterprise technology and AI communications strategy, enhancing understanding among stakeholders, investors, employees, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- develop and align messaging on digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, data, and innovation
- serve as strategic adviser to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer
- lead external visibility efforts, media relations, thought leadership
- drive employee engagement and organizational storytelling
- manage the global enterprise technology communications team
- and shape Takeda's digital narrative to position it as a leader in digital biopharma.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field
- 15+ years of experience in technology or digital transformation communications, preferably within healthcare or biopharma sectors
- proven expertise advising senior executives
- experience leading global, cross-functional communications teams
- deep understanding of enterprise technology, AI, cybersecurity, and healthcare innovation trends
- strong media relations background, with established industry relationships
- exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influencing ability
