Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)Our client is a growing, non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, primary care, and behavioral health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area.Compensation & Benefits$250,000 base salaryFull benefits (medical, vision, dental)401(k) with 3% match (immediate)2 weeks PTO in the first yearOffice closed the last 2 weeks of the year6 paid holidays1 CME conference per yearNo on-call requirementsRelocation assistance up to $15,000Outpatient-only, onsite positionRequirementsMD or DO with active, unrestricted Florida medical licenseBoard certified/board eligible in family medicine or internal medicineExperience in primary care and/or HIV care preferredBilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferredNew graduates consideredCommitment to onsite outpatient care in an inclusive, mission-driven environmentExperience with EMR systems (Tebra / CareCloud preferred, not required)ResponsibilitiesMonday–Thursday (9am–5pm), Friday (9am–2pm)Rotating Saturday coverage approximately once every 3 monthsProvide comprehensive primary care services to adult patientsDeliver HIV-focused and preventative care in a non-profit, LGBTQ+ inclusive settingManage both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient environmentConduct evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and prescribingEducate patients on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease managementCoordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational programsUphold organizational mission, values, and standards of careAdditional responsibilities may be required based on clinic needs.To apply, please send an updated CV to View email address on click.appcast.io.
