Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical / Data Centers

Your Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to support the continued growth of our Mission Critical / Data Centers practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, technically sophisticated projects for national and international clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial planning and pursuit efforts through construction completion and closeout. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, managing client relationships, maintaining project performance metrics, and ensuring the successful execution of design objectives for mission critical and data center projects. Your Key Responsibilities * Lead all project phases from programming and concept design through construction administration * Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, internal teams, and agencies * Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while promoting collaboration and professional growth * Build strong client relationships and proactively address project goals and expectations * Develop and manage schedules, staffing plans, financial forecasts, fees, and delivery strategies * Support business development through proposals, scopes, fee planning, interviews, and contracts

• Maintain QA/QC standards across all project phases and deliverables
• Manage construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, bid

coordination, site observations, and technical issue resolution * Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions supporting schedule, budget, and design goals * Monitor staffing, coordination, and project performance to ensure efficient resource management * Promote sustainable, resilient, and high-performance design strategies where appropriate * Participate in client presentations, interviews, and marketing initiatives supporting Mission Critical growth * Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Stantec’s Buildings team is on a mission to become the world’s leading integrated design practice. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
