Schedule Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with full-time hours and weekend rotation. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team for a night shift position. This role requires expertise in adult critical care and emergency department settings, with a focus on delivering high-quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care to patients including assessment and management of airway patency and oxygenation. Administer treatments such as aerosol therapy and mechanical ventilation. Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and respiratory parameters. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families about respiratory care and procedures. Participate in emergency response situations requiring advanced respiratory skills. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred; 5 years for CRT. Valid Maryland or Compact respiratory therapy license required at the time of submission. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, RRT.
