Key Responsibilities:

• Provide call coverage with a beeper system, requiring a response time of 30 minutes.
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:3.
• Average patient load of 7 per shift.
• Conduct both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
• Perform essential procedures such as newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion.
• Manage non-invasive and acute ventilation needs.
• Handle patient admissions as required.
• Engage in an ongoing assignment.
