Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, front counter, and dining room Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A's quality, safety, and brand standards Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and leaders Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude Qualifications and Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Consistent, reliable, and punctual Cheerful and positive attitude; loves serving and helping others Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately Works well independently and in a team setting Willing and able to work a flexible schedule Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand for long periods of time (4+ consecutive hours) Education: No education required Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
