About the Role At Mimi's Frozen Yogurt , we don’t just sell dessert; we are in the business of how people feel. We are looking for a Hospitality Busser who wants to be more than a "ghost in the background." In this role, you are the Ambassador of the Environment . You are the "Agent" on the floor who ensures every guest feels seen, taken care of, and welcomed into our home here in NYC. Responsibilities Maintain a "hospitality-grade" clean dining room, and topping bar. Clear and sanitize tables within 60 seconds of a guest’s departure. Monitor service area cleanliness to ensure it meets our high brand standards. Support the front-of-house team during rushes to keep the energy positive and the service seamless. Ensure the topping bar is pristine, organized, and inviting at all times. Skills The "Agent" Mindset: You look for reasons to say "Yes" to a guest. High Energy: You thrive in the fast-paced NYC environment and move with purpose and grace. Communication: You are comfortable talking to guests and working closely with teammates.
