The company's core strength is its design-build model that allows clients to minimize risk, shorten construction schedules, and accelerate building occupancy.The Plant Operations Manager – Plumbing Division is a critical, high-impact operational leadership role within AMPAM's Supply Chain Planning & Operations department. This position provides the on-the-ground execution engine required to stabilize and elevate warehouse operations, fabrication support, logistics, and job-site delivery performance at the Carson facility.Key responsibilities include:Warehouse & Material Flow OptimizationLogistics & Job-Site Delivery PerformanceOperations Leadership & Workforce ManagementDaily Execution & Operational DisciplineCross-Functional AlignmentPerformance Management KPIs & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Safety & ComplianceWho you are:7–10+ years of leadership experience in operations, including warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or construction operations environmentsProven experience stabilizing, scaling, or improving operational performance in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership capability managing frontline teams and supervisors across multiple functionsExperience implementing standardized processes, KPIs, and performance management systemsConstruction or MEP experience preferred, but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or warehouse/logistics systems is a plusWorking knowledge of AutoCAD or fabrication-related tools is a plusStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to operate with limited supervision and drive execution through othersApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship
