We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to support our growing dealer network and help expand SAFCO’s presence within the automotive industry. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource to our dealer partners—helping them navigate SAFCO’s programs, structure deals, resolve questions, and move contracts efficiently through the approval and funding process. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for SAFCO’s dealer partners through telephone, email, and online communication Present and explain SAFCO’s programs, products, and financing solutions to dealership personnel at all levels Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities Follow up promptly on approvals, counteroffers, pending stipulations, and funding needs Collaborate closely with field Relationship Managers to support dealer growth and customer satisfaction Assist dealers with structuring transactions within SAFCO’s guidelines and lending tolerances Provide guidance and training regarding contract documentation and funding requirements Keep dealer partners informed about promotions, marketing initiatives, and program updates Support sales growth and dealer engagement through proactive outreach and consistent relationship management Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and service The Potential You Bring Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A self-motivated approach with excellent follow-up and organizational abilities Confidence communicating with dealership managers and sales professionals Strong problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems Automotive finance or dealership experience preferred Bilingual skills are a plus Qualifications High school diploma or GED required One to three years of related experience preferred Automotive industry experience preferred An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills will be considered Find Opportunity at SAFCO At SAFCO, you will have the opportunity to strengthen valuable dealer relationships, contribute directly to business growth, and expand your knowledge of the automotive finance industry.
