Pay Range: $38 - $45 per Hour Plus Benefits.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team in San Diego. This is a long‐term, permanent opportunity for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in precision work and craftsmanship. You’ll be responsible for operating manual machining equipment, producing high‐quality parts, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes , mills, and other machining equipment
• Perform cutting, shaping, drilling, and finishing operations on various metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Measure, inspect, and verify dimensions using precision tools
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work area to company standards
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust setups as needed
• Work independently while meeting production timelines and quality requirements

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist
• Strong proficiency with manual lathe operation
• Skilled in cutting, shaping, and machining metal components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
