Digital Manufacturing Project Manager

As Digital Manufacturing Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating MES rollout activities, supporting integration, training, and continuous improvement. Lead and coordinate MES rollout activities, including testing support, issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting. Partner with production teams, SAP analysts, and business users to support MES integration, process alignment, and operational readiness. Develop and execute training plans, training matrices, and end‑user support activities for MES adoption across the site. Identify process gaps, document workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to digital manufacturing and paper‑to‑MES transition efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience supporting or leading MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects within industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments. Strong experience with MES/SAP integration, production workflows, user acceptance testing (UAT), and manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
