About the

RoleThe Senior Project Construction Manager will manage all aspects of construction projects and maintenance activities across multiple complex, multi-million-dollar projects critical to SRS operations. This position is responsible for physical construction execution from conceptual design through completion, with primary responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, and c

Work

ScheduleA 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRNS utilizes various schedules, including 5/8s, 4/10s, and 9/80s. Work weeks exclude SRNS holidays. Each workday includes a 30-minute lunch. Overtime may be expected at times to meet deliverables and will be used at the discretion of the

manager.
Security Re

quirementsCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance. An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties. After award, the selected candidate will be notified when to apply for a clearance based on specific work as

signments.

ate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a senior construction management professional with deep experience leading large, complex construction projects from planning through turnover. The best fit will have exper ience with capital projects, subcontract strategy, construction contract development, constructability reviews, cost and schedule baselines, field execution, subcontractor oversight, and safety-first construction

leadership.
Candidates with prior SRS, DOE, NNSA, federal, nuclear, or large industrial capital projec t experience will be highly

competitive.
