What You’ll Bring to the

• Team:Experience That S hines: 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management or 5+ years in property manag
• ement.Knowledge You Can Cou nt On: In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, safety protocols, and fair housing regula
• tions.Leadership S kills: Leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and fostering strong working relation
• ships.Tech Savvy: Experience with property management software-Yardi preferred, purchase order systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools like Teams and
• Zoom.Flexib ility: Ability to work on-call and extended hours (including weekends and holi
• days).Hight Stan dards: A hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work and s
• afety.Physical Rea diness Comfortable with tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces. Ability to climb ladders (up to 30 feet) and walk multiple flights of stairs daily. Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors, in all weather condi
