Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) in Rock Springs, Wyoming. This position involves performing procedures such as EKGs, ventilator management, and assisting with intubation and extubation. Job Details:

• Location: Rock Springs, Wyoming
• Schedule: 12-hour days or nights. Some weekends required.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapist experience, Wyoming State license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Additional Information:
  • Skills include EKGs, ventilator management, assisting with intubation and extubation, CPAP/BIPAP setup and maintenance, ABG and VBG sampling from neonate to geriatric patients.
  • Equipment includes computerized charting (Quadramed HER), BCMA, T systems, and Puritan Vents.
  • Schedule involves 12-hour shifts, some weekends, with on-call as needed.
  • The facility will consider a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for this position.
  • Floating to other units/departments is not required.
  • Dress code: Clean scrubs, no specific color.
  • Training includes prereq HR training followed by workflow and equipment orientation once in the department.
