Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

Supporting enterprise reporting modernization efforts, the remote Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst will assist with report conversion, dashboard development, data analysis, and information delivery initiatives across HR and Financial systems on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for enterprise reporting environments Create paginated and operational reports using Power BI Report Builder and comparable reporting tools Analyze, reconcile, and validate data across multiple systems and reporting sources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience developing BI dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL queries for reporting and data analysis 5+ years of experience with Databricks and cloud analytics platforms Must possess at least one current, active industry-recognized certification in data analytics or business intelligence
