Emergency Room Nurse - Sweetwater TXLocation: Sweetwater TX 79556Project Duration: 13 weeksPay range: $45-$50/hr, based on experience W2 with limited benefitsShift: 7pm – 7 amKey Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with emergency and urgent medical conditions.Perform patient assessments, triage, monitoring, and ongoing reassessments.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly to emergencies.Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement appropriate care plans.Assist with emergency procedures and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions.Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications & Certifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate to the assignment location.Previous emergency department nursing experience preferred.TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLSAbout generis tek: generis tek is a boutique IT/professional staffing based in Chicago land.
