Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you'll help create a snack aisle experience that's organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers-every time they visit.

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelez with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You'll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands-Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more-are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you'll help deliver a snack aisle experience that's organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution-all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence

• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute store visits following Mondelez' DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM's negotiated plans

• Follow daily schedules : and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sale s, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

• Stay Safe & Compliant , embracing the physical nature of the role - including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

?Who is a good fit??

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.??

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).?

• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store's shelves.?

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.?

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Gulf Shores, AL

• Secondary locations: Orange Beach, AL ?

• Schedule availability required:?? Monday | Tuesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday (flex to business needs)

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience
