We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Reading, Pennsylvania, United States. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, ensuring an exceptional level of service. You will also handle administrative tasks and manage the electronic visitor welcome screens.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome visitors and guests to the welcome center, serving as the primary greeter
• Accurately route and respond to emails directed to internal departments
• Carry out general clerical tasks such as typing letters, updating mailing lists, and processing incoming mail
• Regularly update and maintain the electronic visitor welcome screens
• Provide backup for student receptionists/greeters when they are unavailable
• Manage visit records within the database systems, including student scheduling and creation of online visit appointment forms
• Coordinate Overnight Visits scheduling and train student coordinators who liaise with prospective students
• Maintain the budget for student worker salaries, Group Visit costs, and daily visitor lunches
• Prepare admission reports related to campus visitation and analyze data for decision making
• Arrange all aspects of Group Visits, from scheduling and communication to room reservation

Proven experience in Administrative Assistance. Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System. Demonstrable experience in Concierge Services. Strong Customer Service skills. Proficiency in Data Entry tasks. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of Microsoft Word. Experience in Organizing Files. Familiarity with Receptionist Duties. Proven experience in Scheduling Appointments and Calendar Management. Prior experience in Clerical Duties.
