Overview Wisconsin Property Inspections is a locally owned, veteran‑owned company looking to add another outstanding Home Inspector to our team. Qualifications Wisconsin Licensed Home Inspector preferred (so you can begin inspecting right away). If not licensed yet, completed A.H.I.T. or other approved training and working toward licensure. Reliable vehicle and clean driving record. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong work ethic and positive professional attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage schedule. Spanish‑speaking applicants a plus, but not required. Veterans strongly encouraged to apply. What We Provide Comprehensive hands‑on training. An established reputation with top real estate professionals throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Compensation This is a commission‑based position with excellent earning potential. Candidates who already hold a Wisconsin Home Inspector License will start at a higher commission rate based on experience and ability to begin inspecting immediately.
