Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team

Travel Physical Therapy Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Illinois and national regulatory bodies.

• Inpatient rehabilitation on Carle's high-acuity Urbana campus — Level I Trauma and a DNV Comprehensive Stroke Center add neuro, trauma, and complex-medical rehab context
• Outpatient therapy at multiple sites across Champaign-Urbana, Danville, Rantoul, and Mattoon-Charleston
• Teaching hospital of the Carle Illinois College of Medicine; Epic EMR
