Work You’ll Do As an IA Strategy Growth & Transformation Project Consultant on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for: Support maintenance of RMF and security documentation, including System Security Plans, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), control evidence, vulnerability tracking records, and authorization package inputsTrack security findings, remediation actions, scan results, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), POA&M updates, and compliance-related action itemsAssist with collection, organization, and quality review of security control evidenceSupport recurring security status reporting for program leadership and Government stakeholdersCoordinate with technical teams to gather updates on remediation status, control implementation, and documentation gapsMaintain security artifacts in approved repositories and support audit readiness, assessment preparation, and follow-up action tracking A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive Secret security clearance requiredAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve3+ years of experience with the following: Experience supporting information assurance, RMF, cybersecurity compliance, audit readiness, or security documentation activitiesExperience with NIST RMF concepts, security controls, POA&Ms, vulnerability tracking, and authorization supportProficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration/tracking tools For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
