For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10000 sign-on bonus for eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and a $20000 sign-on bonus for eligible Registered Nurses with more than 2 years of RN experience!

Bonus eligibility applies to candidates hired into a full- or part-time RN position. Bonus amounts are prorated for part-time hires. Per diem positions are not eligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible and former MaineHealth members must be separated from employment for more than 6 months to be eligible.

Summary:

The Supervisor Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $89980.80to $121721.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
