Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.02 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 11:30 PM - 08:00 AM Sat 11:30 PM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government healthcare location. Screen visitors, staff, and/or vendors entering the location, verify required credentials, and report access concerns or policy issues to the appropriate contact. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site personnel as needed. Monitor entrances, waiting areas, and/or designated checkpoints to help support orderly operations and help to deter unauthorized access or prohibited items. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity and following established security-related procedures. Minimum Requirements Hospital vaccines are required. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
