Senior Business Analyst

Lead end-to-end, cross-functional process optimization initiatives Independently scope, plan, and execute complex process improvement initiatives across diverse business functions Map and evaluate existing workflows using root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, performance shortfalls, and inefficiencies Assemble, facilitate, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within scope Establish operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and leading indicators to track process efficiency Consult with senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering techniques Develop analytical reports and present data-driven recommendations, control plans, and methodology frameworks Guide, train, and coach junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering Advanced proficiency in business analysis frameworks Knowledge of process re-engineering methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma Advanced quantitative data analysis skills Experience leading cross-functional teams Experience independently managing end-to-end improvement projects Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-first approach Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in process optimization and improvement, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
