This opportunity is designed for someone who wants practical, hands-on experience while developing stronger sales, communication, and negotiation skills. As a Showing Assistant, you'll do more than unlock doors. You'll earn client trust, help buyers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives, and support them through the process of submitting a successful offer. Our goal is straightforward: deliver an exceptional experience and remain focused on client satisfaction at every step.

What You'll Do

• Work alongside sales agents to support clients throughout the showing process, from scheduling through offer submission
• Identify client priorities, share relevant market insight, and provide written feedback after each showing
• Assist with preparing and negotiating offers in partnership with the sales agent
• Maintain accurate client records and consistent follow-up in Brivity CRM- data over guesswork
• Dedicate 10+ hours each week to lead generation and participate in weekly script practice and coaching

What We're Looking For

• An active Arizona real estate license
• Strong character, honesty, humility, and a professional, drama-free approach
• A trust-builder who takes ownership of their work, effort, and results
• A coachable, growth-minded professional who actively seeks feedback and continuous improvement
• Reliable transportation for regular property showings
• Comfort using CRM systems and maintaining organized, timely follow-through
