Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. As a Software Engineer, Agent Intern, you'll work directly on production AI agents for Sierra's customers. You'll gain hands-on experience contributing to the design and development of AI agents, shipping features, and learning from real-world use cases at scale. What you'll bringPursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related fieldStrong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environmentsA builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and shipExcellent communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiencesEven betterExperience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in productionFamiliarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineeringPrior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or GoIntern qualificationsThe intern program is open to students graduating December 2027 - June 2028Note: The full benefits listed below are available only to full-time employees.
