Compensation:

Average annual total compensation of $80,000-$90,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week.

• A total of $45 to $70 per service
  • Base rate of $24 to $28 per 50-minute Swedish massage.
  • Uncapped commission structure of $5 to $11 per 50-minute massage.
  • Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip on our base service is $20-$30 and goes up incrementally with upgrades.

Role and Responsibilities:

An active NC Massage Therapist license an NC privilege license
Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance
Customized treatment plans based on individual clients needs to deliver quality results.
Create an exceptional experience of healing for each member/guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans.
Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
