Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Abington, MA Position Type: Full-Time Schedule Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday: OFF (potential availability at a nearby location) Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm Compensation Hourly Rate: $50–$58/hour Annualized Compensation: Approximately $104,000 – $120,640/year (based on full‑time schedule) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern, well-established practice committed to delivering high-quality, concierge-level care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment with one-hour recall appointments, allowing you to provide thorough, comprehensive care while building strong relationships with your patients. You will be supported by a highly engaged clinical team and have access to ongoing professional development, including participation in a Hygiene Executive Committee that helps guide clinical excellence and growth. Located in Abington, MA, this South Shore community offers a convenient suburban setting with easy access to Boston, along with a strong sense of community and nearby recreational opportunities.
