What We Offer Competitive salary + quarterly bonuses Annual raises Generous PTO Paid holidays Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities What You’ll Do Lead daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and requirements Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property operations Lead and support the property team Manage occupancy goals, budgets, and financial performance Maintain accurate records and reporting Help establish a strong culture and resident experience as the community grows What You Bring 2-5yrs+ of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience Strong knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements Knowledge of Georgia affordable housing reporting requirements is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus High School diploma or GED Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Property management software and Microsoft Office experience A passion for affordable housing and serving residents with excellence If you’re an experienced affordable housing leader ready to grow with us, we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside Properties, Inc.
