Good Attic is hiring full-time Insulation Installers and Attic Restoration Technicians for our growing St. Louis operation.

We are a family-owned attic insulation and restoration company specializing in insulation installation, insulation removal, pest-damaged attic restoration, air sealing, sanitation, and complete attic improvement projects.

Our strong partnerships generate steady project volume. We are looking for dependable people who want to learn a trade, take pride in their work, and grow with the company.

Previous insulation experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide paid training for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work as part of a Good Attic field crew completing residential attic restoration and insulation projects throughout the St. Louis area:

• Install blown-in attic insulation and remove old or contaminated insulation.

• Operate insulation blowers, commercial removal vacuums, and related equipment.

• Air seal attic penetrations and bypasses.

• Install ventilation baffles and attic accessories.

• Assist with pest-damaged attic restoration, cleanup, and sanitation.

• Load and unload materials and equipment.

• Take jobsite photos and document completed work.

• Protect customers' homes and maintain clean trucks, equipment, and jobsites.

• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We care more about reliability, attitude, and work ethic than years of insulation experience. Strong candidates are:

• Dependable, on time, and consistent in their attendance.

• Coachable, willing to learn, and attentive to detail.

• Comfortable with physical work in attics, confined spaces, and hot or cold conditions.

• Able to climb ladders, handle materials and equipment, and perform the duties of the role safely.

• Respectful inside customers' homes and able to work well as part of a crew.

• Interested in developing new skills and taking on more responsibility.

• Able to get to work reliably and work throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Experience in insulation, roofing, HVAC, pest control, restoration, construction, moving, landscaping, warehouse operations, or another hands-on trade is a plus. Candidates without prior insulation experience are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

• $20–$30/hour depending on experience and capability.

• Full-time employment with paid training.

• Opportunities to advance into Crew Lead roles and additional responsibility as Good Attic grows.
