From assisting with daily routines to encouraging new experiences, your work will have a direct and lasting impact.We offer full-time and part-time opportunities:Available hoursFull-time hours are 7a-3:30pPart-time hours are 10a-2p What You'll DoProvide respectful, person-centered support in clients' homesAssist with daily living activities based on individual needs and goalsEncourage social interaction and community participationMaintain clear and professional communication with clients, families, and team membersPromote health, safety, and well-being through attentive careWho You AreAt least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GEDPhysically able to assist with lifting up to 75 lbs (with support as needed)A responsible driver with a valid license, reliable vehicle, and insuranceWilling to complete background and abuse record checksCompassionate, patient, and motivated to support others in reaching their potentialWhat We OfferWhen you join North Star, you become part of a team driven by purpose and respect.
