3rd Shift General Labor

Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 3rd Shift | 8:00 PM–6:00 AM | Sunday–Wednesday
Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Summary

Are you dependable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We're seeking a 3rd Shift General Labor Associate to join our manufacturing team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll support the production of high-quality packaging products by handling materials, inspecting finished products, assisting machine operators, and helping keep production running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable performing repetitive physical work, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a 3rd Shift General Labor Associate, your core responsibilities will include:

• Production Support: Assist throughout the manufacturing process to help maintain production flow and meet daily goals.
• Material Handling: Stack, sort, package, and palletize finished products to prepare them for shipment.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect products for defects and ensure finished products meet established quality standards.
• Machine Operator Support: Assist machine operators with production tasks as needed.
• Packaging & Palletizing: Properly organize and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to regularly lift 30–40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to work 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday–Wednesday.
• Willingness to learn and assist in different areas of production as needed.

Skills

• Material Handling: Ability to safely stack, sort, package, palletize, and move finished products.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and help ensure products meet quality standards.
• Production Support: Willingness to assist machine operators and perform various tasks to keep production moving efficiently.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to remain active and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with coworkers, machine operators, and supervisors.
• Dependability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic to support daily production goals.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to following established manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and handle 30–40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to perform physically active production and material-handling duties throughout a 10-hour shift.
