Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2937.60/week - Job Summary: Per diem Registered Nurse needed to assist during a strike event, requiring quick onboarding and minimal compliance. The position demands flexibility and adherence to specific certification and licensing requirements. Responsibilities: Facilitate patient care by applying appropriate nursing skills within a Medical Surgical setting. Complete onboarding procedures with a focus on compliance and certification verification. Maintain accurate documentation of hours worked through manual timesheets when necessary. Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system. Adhere to established safety protocols and maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements. Attend mandatory orientation to be qualified for strike assignment. Qualifications: Hold an active nursing license in the state of practice. Possess current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable. Provide proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or valid vaccination/declination attestation. Demonstrate knowledge of EPIC EMR system. Have previous experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred. Be available to work the strike date and attend orientation.
