Fiber Installation Technician

Department: Technical Operations | Location: Van Wert, Shelby, and Mercer Counties Key Responsibilities Perform professional installation, testing, and troubleshooting of Fiber and Wireless broadband equipment at residential and business customer premises. Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and adhere to safety guidelines. Educate customers on equipment usage, Wi‑Fi password setup, and basic troubleshooting procedures. Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used. Qualifications Prior experience in telecommunications, cable, or electrical installation preferred. Strong problem‑solving skills and technical aptitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
