Wellness Nurse

Starting at $30 Overnight (11p-7a) shifts available. Join our dynamic team as a Wellness Nurse. The Wellness Nurse supports resident care within the branch, ensuring that residents’ daily medication needs are met compassionately and with dignity, allowing them to live their life to the fullest. Responsibilities Accurately follow the resident MAR to ensure medication administration according to physician orders. Understand and apply the Six rights of medication administration and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management. Use the eMAR system to administer medications. Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care. Provide direct resident care and supervise resident care work performed by non‑licensed team members and other areas as appropriate. Demonstrate the Bickford Mission "Whatever it Takes" to all other team members on shift. Qualifications Active license as an LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing. Willingness to complete additional training or education as required by specific state regulations. CPR and First Aid certifications required. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time‑management skills. Demonstrated good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Ability to learn and use Bickford’s eMAR system to administer medications.
