ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2012 and proudly serve the Orlando community from our office located right off Industrial Ave. As an eighth-generation Floridian, this area is truly home to me, and I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses in our community.

I’m a proud alumna of the University of Miami—Go ’Canes! Family is very important to me, and I’m also a big dog lover. That sense of family carries into our office culture, where we focus on supporting each other and creating a positive environment.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cortney Tidwell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
