Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Join Our Team Woburn Rehab & Nursing Center, a resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. Why Join Our Team? $40–$60 per hour Competitive wages + shift differentials Weekly pay 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) On-site employee education and professional development Employee engagement activities Supportive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will: Evaluate residents referred for speech-language pathology services Assess speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs, abilities, and rehabilitation goals Provide direct therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function Establish measurable and clinically appropriate treatment goals Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed Complete evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge documentation accurately and on time Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and therapeutic techniques Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation Follow all applicable federal, state, and facility regulations, including HIPAA and resident rights requirements Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric care preferred, but not required Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care Make a Difference Join Woburn Rehab & Nursing Center and become part of a team committed to improving the lives of our residents through high-quality rehabilitation and compassionate care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Woburn-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente
