Duties & Responsibilities Assist with various land management activities on Warnell lands (e.g., prescribed burning, road maintenance, etc.) – 35% of time. Assist with various maintenance activities on Warnell lands and facilities (e.g., grounds mowing and pruning, pressure washing facilities, etc.) – 35% of time. Assist with building maintenance and construction projects on Warnell lands – 15% of time. Assist with maintenance and operation of the Warnell vehicle fleet – 15% of time.
