At Sean DeLeon Agency LLC – Farmers Insurance , we’re hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer (LSP) to join our elite team. This is an in-office role offering base salary + commission + bonuses , with a fast-track to six-figure earning potential for top performers.

Responsibilities
- Consult with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Recommend and sell policies across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
- Maintain strong relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Achieve monthly production goals with full agency support
- Maintain organized records and comply with Farmers guidelines
- Work exclusively with warm leads from agency marketin
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales experience in insurance, customer service, or a similar role
- Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and organized (CRM experience a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
