Responsibilities

• Consult with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
• Recommend and sell policies across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
• Maintain strong relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Achieve monthly production goals with full agency support
• Maintain organized records and comply with Farmers guidelines
• Work exclusively with warm leads from agency marketin

Requirements

• Active Texas Property Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Sales experience in insurance, customer service, or a similar role
• Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and organized (CRM experience a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
