Full-time occupational therapist (OT) qualifications include:

• Current Georgia occupational therapist (OT) license
• One year of experience working in a long-term care/skilled nursing community but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in a person-directed care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS first aid certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong teamwork/collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
