Experience working in a safety, abuse-fighting, or integrity role at an enterprise software company. Preferred qualifications Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting). 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $163,000‑$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Assess threats to users from new technologies GenAI and design appropriate safeguards in advance. Understand abuse that can come from new GenAI features and how to mitigate it. Define safety and abuse prevention strategy that balances short‑term needs to ship quickly and long‑term goals to scale globally. Collaborate with data science to develop a comprehensive set of metrics to measure product safety and the impact of spam and abuse on our products and users. Work across research and engineering teams to build ML signals, techniques, and infrastructure to protect users including enterprise customers.
