Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Location: Findlay, OH Pay: $18.25/hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM Overtime: May include one additional day Friday-Sunday based on business needs. Start and end times may vary based on operational demands. Position Overview We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Associates will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, handling product safely, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trailers by hand Stack and organize product on pallets Inspect product for damage and report issues Utilize power equipment as assigned Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work independently and as part of a team Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Strong attendance and reliability Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Physical Requirements Lift up to 70 lbs.; team lift required for heavier items Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing Remain on your feet for 10-12 hours per shift Work in a facility that is not climate controlled Additional Information Power equipment training will be provided as part of this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
