We are looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our Sun City team. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off + Holidays 401K plan (after 1 year) Dental benefits (after 90 days) Supportive, team‑first environment Opportunity to grow within a privately owned practice A team that values your experience and contributions Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as a lead assistant and provide support during daily clinical operations Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including restorative and cosmetic procedures Ensure excellent patient care and create a comfortable, welcoming experience Help maintain an efficient and organized clinical workflow Train and support team members as needed Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Manage infection control, sterilization, and instrument maintenance Prepare and break down operatories Educate patients on post‑operative instructions and oral hygiene Use digital scanners and assist with digital dentistry workflows Take impressions and assist with lab communication as needed Requirements: 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Arizona Radiology Certification required CPR Certification required Experience working in a fast‑paced dental environment Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and clinical workflows Dentrix experience preferred Skills & Qualifications: Confident chairside assisting skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Ability to stay organized and manage priorities Positive attitude and willingness to support the team Detail‑oriented with a commitment to excellent patient care Professional, dependable, and motivated If you are an experienced dental assistant looking for a practice where your skills are appreciated, your voice is valued, and you can make a difference every day, we would love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr AZ Dentist
