Position Overview:

The Surgical Technologist will play a crucial role in facilitating surgical care while ensuring a sterile environment. This individual will guarantee that all necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment are prepared and available. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the turnover of the operating room between scheduled procedures.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is essential.

Essential Qualifications:
CST certification is mandatory.
Strong critical thinking abilities are required.
Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience as a surgical technologist or in an operating room setting is preferred.
Prior experience as a surgical technologist is advantageous.
Good manual dexterity is essential.
