Restaurant Shift Manager

What you'll do Position: Shift Manager Employment Type: Hourly Compensation: Starting $14.50/hour - Dependent upon skills and experience The Shift Manager is responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager and General by training and leading a team of crew members each shift. Minimum of one (1) year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts) Flexibility to work rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused The Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendy's Restaurants in the USA.
