Client Service Representative & Administrative Support (Part-time)

PetVet Care Centers' Heart of Georgia Animal Care is seeking a highly organized, motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) who is interested in growing their skills beyond traditional front desk duties. This role will be cross-trained in all areas of the hospital , while also providing administrative support to the Hospital Manager on projects that help our hospital run efficiently and continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both client interaction and behind-the-scenes organization , and who takes pride in helping a team succeed. Primary Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service by greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with patient check-in and check-out Support daily hospital operations by assisting with administrative tasks and special projects Assist the Hospital Manager with organization, reporting, communication, and workflow improvements Maintain and help organize digital records, schedules, and internal communications Assist with team communication through Microsoft Teams and Outlook Help track basic data or reports using Microsoft Excel Assist with social media updates, marketing ideas, and online engagement for the hospital Cross-train in various hospital roles to better understand workflow and support the team where needed Help ensure a welcoming, efficient environment for clients, patients, and team members Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Experience in a veterinary clinic, medical office, or client service role Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel Interest or experience in social media marketing or content creation Strong organizational and administrative skills Preferred Experience Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using technology and office software A strong communicator who works well with a team Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks Positive, professional, and eager to learn Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm What Makes This Role Unique This position offers the opportunity to learn the operational side of running a veterinary hospital , work closely with leadership, and develop valuable administrative and management skills while still being part of the daily client experience.
